Meet Laura Hildebrand

I was born and raised in the Prince Albert area and am proud to continue to call this area home. In 2009 I obtained a degree in Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work (BISW) from First Nations University followed with a Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Regina in 2018.
Not only have I had the privilege and opportunity to work alongside individuals and families in some of the most difficult and darkest times of their lives but also as individuals seek self growth that re-ignites their sense of self. Over the last 13 years, my career has been devoted to providing services in health care settings including mental health, palliative care and community work.
Seeing a counselor is a big step, one I believe is beneficial to everyone at one point and time or another in their lives. Many aren't sure what to expect or how to approach struggles that are personal. I get it, I'm human too. Sessions are confidential and are strength based focused. I believe in providing a safe environment to assist clients in setting goals and developing treatment plans that suits each individuals needs.
